Hier finden Sie ausreichend Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Dieses gemütliche Apartment wurde kürzlich renoviert und bietet allen Komfort, den Sie benötigen, um ein paar schöne Tage oder Wochen hier in Istrien zu verbringen.
Ihnen stehen zwei Parkplätze direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Um Ihnen größtmögliche Privatsphäre zu bieten, führt Ihr Weg vom Parkplatz zum Apartment Lavande durch Ihren eigenen Eingang über eine Steintreppe in den 1. Stock.
Unsere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (99qm, bis zu 4 Personen) und der große Garten (130qm) bieten Ihnen viel Platz. Der umzäunte Garten verfügt über einen eigenen Bereich mit Liegestühlen, einem schattigen Sitzbereich und einem Grill.

Deposit: 25% 7 days after booking, remaining payment: 21 days before arrival, by bank transfer
Security deposit: 744KN/€ 100
Cancellation conditions:
From 0 days before arrival to 14 days before arrival 100 percent calculated on the rental price
From 15 days before arrival to 30 days before arrival 100 percent calculated on the rental price
Additional conditions
- Please let us know your departure date at least 24 hours before departure (because of the repayment of the deposit), otherwise we can transfer the amount to you.
- The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (towels, bed linen, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, dog blanket, dog bowl).
Since we are also dog owners, we allow dogs to be allowed on the couch, but not in bed, please. If we find dog hair in the bed, we have to offset the deposit against the procurement of new laundry and an extended final cleaning.
- Please note: parties, class reunions, stag and hen parties, loud music / noises and other events are not permitted.
- Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

Appartement Lavande
Ich war mit meinen drei Hunden zum ersten Mal in Porec und hatte das Glück im Apartment Lavende zu wohnen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, es fehlt an nichts, alles für den Hund. Ich wurde dort sehr zuvorkommend behandelt, jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung wurden mir ermöglicht und nach meinen Hunden gesehen, da sie nicht mehr gut laufen konnten. Ich gebe 10 Sterne und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Appartement Lavande
Das war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Viel Platz und alles da was man braucht ! Ein Ort zum Erholen für Mensch und Hund. Eigener Garten in dem unserer Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten. Wir haben das so genossen und uns nach einem Tag in das Land und den sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Menschen verliebt. Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf das nächste Jahr und statt 7 Tage , gleich 10 Tage gebucht :-) 10 Sterne !!!!!!!
